Honda

We were asked to work in partnership with Honda to develop an innovative and creative approach to Associate Development. The objective was to train an identified talent pools in the business who would have an opportunity to develop their potentual for the future.

Considerable time was spent working in partnership so that the value, mission and culture of the business was developed into an engaging 2-year programme of activity. This included work based assignments, interactive workshops, one to one coaching and profiling, and specific business case project work. This enabled skills to be developed and also identification of differentiating behaviours that provided a clear indication of the future capability of the Associate.

TLT Solicitors

TLT Solicitors appear on the list of the top 100 legal companies within the UK. Employing some 650 staff with offices across the UK, we were engaged to support TLT to design and deliver a Leadership programme for its team of Partners and Legal Support staff.

Previous development focus within the business had been on specific Professional training but with the expansion of the firm a need was identified for an intervention to deliver upon the Organisations Strategy and vision for the future.

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust

We worked in partnersip with our client to develop a Customer Service Mission and Strategy that would provide a consistant framework for delivery an exceptional experiance to the "customer"

This was delivered through facilitated workshops and the skills development of a team of projects managers who had responsibility to embed the skills across the trust.

Kwik-Fit

Our partnership with Kwik Fit over a number of years has provided Connections the opportunity to enhance the Performance Management Skills of the centre Managers in over 600 locations in the UK

This has been undertaken by Consultancy  and facilitation and the delivery of a highly acclaimed 2 day "leading your team" workshop. The workshop is debcribed as the "most effective training ever undertaken in Kwik Fit".
