The true colour of leadership behaviour

This year in conjunction with one of our major clients (beCogent) we will be hosting a masterclass to look at behavioural development for Team and Operational managers.

This essential session will encourage creative thought and empowerment in the transition from ‘doing’ to ‘being’.

Team managers are the lifeblood of any contact centre and have an immediate impact on quality, revenue & performance. Together we will explore how to create an ability to connect, adapt and build relationships with a positive impact on morale, attrition and absenteeism.

Benefit from a participative insight into leadership self-awareness
Understand Leadership Understand how leadership through ‘Being’ rather than ‘Doing’ enhances Contact Centre quality and performance
Insights Discovery See how the Discovery tool has become a colourful language and has impacted on corporate culture
Organisational Performance Receive an enhanced appreciation of the impact of leadership behaviour on organisational performance
Creative Ideas Gain both creative ideas and practical tools to implement and sustain behavioural change in your own organisation
